DeVante Pickering
Founder
A St. Croix native, DeVante has spent 10+ years building software across startups, Fortune 50 companies, and the public sector: rebuilding an EdTech application at UNC Wilmington, building authentication features at Wells Fargo, taking early-stage roles at Barings and Ally Lending, and overseeing media streaming technology. Again and again, he watched developers get shut out of infrastructure decisions, and watched the bottlenecks and click-ops that followed. He founded Pick 2 Solutions to close that gap, building cloud platforms as code that developers and operations teams own together.
Sierra Pickering
Chief Growth Officer
Sierra leads sales and marketing at Pick 2 Solutions, from go-to-market strategy to brand and content, and produces Ctrl Shift, our podcast featuring leaders who have navigated a decade or more of change. She started in sales at Red Bull and in enterprise B2B before moving into media: she built Urban One’s podcast network as Head of Podcasting, managed national partnerships at PRX, led podcasting at WABE, Atlanta’s NPR station, and served on the Executive Committee of The Podcast Academy.
